Schedule banquet events that require food and beverage and act as banquet server as needed. Ensure contracts are signed, collect fees, and file contracts accordingly. Follow up with residents to confirm bookings and to gauge satisfaction and appreciation for business. Supervise, train, and evaluate all Front House hourly employees. Draft the weekly employee schedule and ensure it meets the staffing needs of the Front House. May perform initial contract negotiations and vendor service agreements. Track and review purchase orders, invoices, receiving reports, and in house transfers. Track and review monthly inventory of front house supplies and perform stocking of inventory and supplies.
